Eastlake Multi-Tier Cedar Deck Restoration
A 720 square foot multi-tier western red cedar deck on a lakefront property in Eastlake had endured eight years of Lake Ontario humidity without professional restoration. Surface mould colonization, severe grey UV oxidation, and salt-mineral deposits along the lake-facing edge required a complete restoration protocol — not a simple recoat.
