The fence is cleaned and brightened on both sides. The street-facing side typically weathers harder than the yard-facing side and may need additional attention.

Loose pickets are re-secured, split boards are flagged for replacement, and any failing hardware is addressed before stain goes down.

Stain application
Penetrating stain is applied to both sides at manufacturer-specified coverage. Spray equipment is used for large runs with brush back-rolling to ensure penetration into the wood fibre.

How to make a claim: Email or call within the warranty period with photos and a brief description. We schedule an on-site inspection within 5 business days. Confirmed warranty issues are scheduled for re-coat within 30 days, weather permitting.
